I occupied my room at the LAX Hilton for about 4 hours I think. In that time I was in bed for about 3 hours and asleep for about 30 mins. Not impressive after 29 hours of travelling.

As it happens, it didn't take long for me to get through border control and I was quickly out of the terminal waking over the road heading towards the Air Train.
