It took me about 5 mins to walk from Gate 31 to the Chelsea Lounge in Terminal 8. The lounge dragons welcomed me in. It seemed a lot quieter than it was on my outbound, last Fri.

As it happens, the Starbucks queue at TBIT wasn't long at all. Since they opened the second store further up the concourse, perhaps it has distributed the volume of passengers wanting a Starbucks.

The AA Flagship Lounge attendants recognised me. It's really nice when you get some personal interaction with the lounge team.
